Process

Step 01: Explore & Inquiry

Browse our catalog via website or PDF, then share your project details with us at gridwerk.studio@gmail.com. Based on the information provided, we’ll arrange an initial consultation to align on creative direction, budget, and timeline. For bespoke finishes, we may request reference materials or samples to better understand the context and desired outcome.

Step 02: Sampling

All projects go through a sampling phase to ensure the selected tiles or finishes are suitable for your space. You may choose from our existing glaze library or develop a custom finish. Bespoke samples typically require multiple iterations, with each round taking approximately 1–2 weeks.

Step 03: Production

Once samples are approved, production will begin. As all pieces are made to order, we recommend allowing an additional 10–15% quantity to account for potential wastage or future replacements. Production timelines will vary depending on order size and will be confirmed during the consultation phase.

Step 04: Delivery

Shipping arrangements will be discussed during the initial consultation to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solution. If specific documentation is required, we recommend informing us early to ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid delays.
